Yes, we don’t have running water inside. We do have a change table and nursing area inside, and washroom passes on the front desk for the store next door to us: HEAL Wellness, which is across from Milestones.
We can’t do anything about installing a washroom until the end of our current contract. We understand that it can be inconvenient with multiple children or potty training, but we appreciate your understanding.
The time slots are for 1 hour. We used to offer 2-hour time slots, but with the age of the children, bathroom situation, and parent feedback, we decided to switch to 1-hour time slots. You can always book 2 time slots if you’d like.
You can definitely drop in, but we always advise that you check online at “book your playtime” to ensure that we’re open, and not closed for a private party. If the time slot is open and has availability, then you’re good to drop in.
We also have certain hours of the day for weekdays that we’re only open if you reserve in advance. We do require 12 hours notice in advance for the weekdays 8am or 9am slots, and 2 hours notice for the weekday evening slots 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm. If nobody books online in advance for those early morning or evening hours, then on weekdays we’re only open 10am-12pm, and 1pm-5pm.
We understand that with children, and sickness, there’s a lot of unpredictability. As long as you let us know with 24 hrs of notice, or if you let us know with less notice but it is due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., sickness), we will add you to the no-show list. Just mention that you missed your last visit when you are next in. We will then remove you from the list and that visit will be free.
We charge $5 per additional adult/older child, but 1 adult/older child per 1 paid child is free. For example, if you have 2 paid children with 1 adult and 1 child too old for the play spaces, or if you have 2 paid children with 2 adults, there’s no extra charge. If you have 2 paid children with 4 adults, that would be $10 extra.
Babies who are 5 months or younger are free, but we charge for children 6 months and older.
No, we only offer 1-hour time slots regardless of how long you stay, and it’s $10 for an hour.
You can book either a morning or an afternoon membership for $75, and you can choose to either pay for 1 month or a recurring monthly membership. Both include the weekday evening time slots that we are open for. Even with memberships, we still require 12 hours notice in advance for the weekdays 8am or 9am slots, and 2 hours notice for the weekday evening slots 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm.
Soon we will have it set up so that you can reserve your playtime in the same way you would regularly, but for free according to your active membership. But for now, you can drop in accordingly, and notify us by texting 672-998-0336 if you plan to come on weekdays before 10am or weekday evenings. Always check online on “book your playtime” to ensure we are open, and not closed for a private party or something. If the time slot is open online, you’re good to drop in.
We offer complimentary coffee and tea. We also have fresh snacks (e.g., muffins, trail mix) available for purchase, as well as bottled water and baby food pouches.
We’re excited to be starting a mom group, which will be Fridays 9am-10am, starting Jan 10, 2025. We’re also looking forward to hosting a Princess Meet & Greet event in February. We will clean the play areas if it’s not too crowded to do so, focusing on cleaning up balls and toys off the floor when necessary to prevent hazards without disrupting your party.
We primarily stay out of your way to maintain the flow of your event. It is your responsibility to inform your party guests to:
It is also your responsibility to keep track of the time. If you exceed the 15-minute cleanup time, your damage/cleaning deposit will be charged accordingly.
Once your 50% deposit on the party booking and the damage deposit has been paid, your spot is reserved.
Yes, we offer 30 minutes extra for $60, which can be booked online at the time of booking your party or by speaking with a staff member.
You can also book an extra hour for $100 if you are booked for the first time slot of the day and want to start an hour earlier, or if you are booked for the last time slot of the day and want the party to end an hour later.
If you are booked for a middle time slot or have other requests, please contact us to see if it’s available.
You are welcome to come in 30 minutes before your party time begins to start setting up and pay the remaining party cost if needed. You have our assistance during that time and throughout the party to help with setup or any other needs.
If you have special requests for dropping off certain decorations or items earlier, please reach out to us to confirm if that works.
Yes, you can bring in anything besides alcohol.
We offer party add-ons for food and drink, which will be delivered for you for the party, but these are optional.

We start a fresh pot of coffee, and there's tea available that’s included with the party. Coffee mugs, napkins, creamer, and sugar are also provided.
The free photography option for the first 2 parties in exchange for the use of approved photos on our website and social media has been used.
However, we now offer an ongoing promotion for parties:
During the cleanup time, which needs to be finished by 15 minutes after your time slot ends, we will focus on cleaning up the play areas while you clean up all the items you brought in and put everything else into garbage bags that you’re not taking out with you.
We will provide the garbage bags, take out the garbage, and handle vacuuming and other necessary post-party cleaning.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve the spot for the party booking, along with a $50 damage and cleaning deposit. The damage and cleaning deposit is refundable right after the party if there are no issues.
Add-ons need to be paid in full at the time of booking and should be booked at least 2 weeks before the party. The deadline is 1 week before the party, but we can’t guarantee availability if booked less than 2 weeks in advance. For bookings between 1-2 weeks before the party, we’ll need to check availability.
Semi-private parties are limited by the seating we have in the party room area, which seats up to 20 people, although a couple of extra chairs can be added.
Private parties have no set limit, but we suggest a maximum of 16 kids between both play areas.
We are a 1500 sq ft space, so please plan accordingly for party size. We do have seating throughout for approximately 40-45 people.
We don’t charge extra for over a certain number of people or have any hidden fees or limits besides the seating limit for semi-private parties mentioned above.
Add-ons can definitely be booked after the party is booked, but they need to be booked at least 2 weeks in advance of the party.

We charge a $50 fee that is refunded right after the party as long as there are no significant issues. You are fully refunded as long as you’ve cleaned up everything you brought in (e.g., items you take out or put into garbage bags) by 15 minutes past the end of your party and there’s no significant damage done to our space.
If guests do not follow the rules (e.g., spilling drinks in the play areas), it may result in your deposit not being fully refunded.

We clean up toys every 20-30 minutes depending on how busy it is. We perform a complete cleanup, including necessary sanitizing, during 12-1pm.
Our daily cleaning includes floors, tables, and high-volume touch surfaces. Deep cleaning, such as sanitizing every toy in the kitchen area or the small ball pit, is done 1-2 items daily, and overall sanitization occurs approximately once a week.
